PROJECT’S MEETING in ŁABISZYN – POLAND, 06 – 09.06.2010

Concrete aims of the meeting:
- Strengthening of the intercultural dialogues of the participantns at the project;
- Increasing the knowledge of the foreign languages;
- Presentation of the final project's products - CD. poster, project's web page;
- New educational methods discussions;
- Analysis of the first year of the project's activities;
- Evaluation adn dissemination;
- Exchange of the good practice examples;
- Strengthening the cooperation between learners and organizations.

The local authorities' members that visit us were Mr. Andrzej Hlond from local Government in Znin and Mr. Jacek Kaczmarek from Labiszyn Country's Town hall.

Bucharest – Romania - 17 – 21 April 2010
ACTIVITY REPORT

Participants:
- Staff and Learners of Italy, Hungary and Romanian organizations.

Aims of the meeting:
- Monitoring and evaluation of the project’s activities;
- Elaboration of the common activities’ plan till June 2010;
- Evaluation of the final products of the project: Logo, Web page, blog, poster;
- Evaluation of the communication between partners;
- Exchange of good practice examples about the training courses.

Activities during the meeting in school:
- The presentation of the school – speech of the manager of the school, Mrs.Camelia Fercu;
- Presentation of the Romanian staff and some Romanian learners to the partners – the Romanian coordinator, Mrs. Emanuela Popescu;
- Presentation of the results of the English training made by the Romanian team and the materials for the course – Mrs. Georgeta Kalamar;
- Discussions about the project’s mobilities, common activity plan, deadlines for the common products, workshops and exchange of good practice examples ( staff and learners);
- Evaluation of the activities through questioners.

Activities out of the school:
- Visit to the Second District of the Town hall of Bucharest - Meeting Mrs. Elena Scurtu, Executive Director of Communitary Relations Department, Mr. Ilie Ureche, Head of Education Department, Mrs. Condeescu Margarita - member of Relations Department. They presented us the activities of the Local authorities. The guests visited also the exhibition from the hall of the Town hall guided by Mrs. Ruxandra Garofeanu, Mayer art's concilier.
- Presentation of the city to the partners : visiting the Village museum and the House of Parliament guided by Mrs. Mihaela Stoenescu and Georgeta Kalamar.

The guests visited the modern building of the Town hall and meat Mrs. Ruxandra Garofeanu, Mayer art's concilier prezenting the exhibition of the Townhall.

The visit at the Town hall took more than 2 hours - Mrs. Elena Scurtu, Executive director of Communitary Relations Department of the Second Distrct of Bucharest presented to the guests the activities from the educational field with children and adults.
